If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason a refund can be issued with return of the purchased item in new condition. (Note that face masks cannot be returned for health/hygiene reasons)
Please contact us within 14 days of the receipt of the product.
Item must be returned promptly afterwards (within 30 days of delivery).
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Care Instructions
Most of my bags can be spot-cleaned or hand washed with mild soap in cold water. Air drying is recommended.
