Shipping
All orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Most Orders are processed and fulfilled within 1-2 business days. We understand that you want to receive your order ASAP, so we will ship orders on the same day that the order was placed, if possible and will ship orders on Saturdays when available.
**PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT NOT RECEIVING YOUR ORDER IN TIME** We are more than happy to work with you and to try to get your order to you within a specific time period.

- Priority Mail: 2-3 Business Days (optional)
**International Orders**

Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason a refund can be issued with return of the purchased item in new condition. (Note that face masks cannot be returned for health/hygiene reasons)
Please contact us within 14 days of the receipt of the product.
Item must be returned promptly afterwards (within 30 days of delivery).
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Care Instructions
Most of my bags can be spot-cleaned or hand washed with mild soap in cold water. Air drying is recommended.
